Call for Articles – PAAN Journal 2082
Dear Respected Members, Scholars, and Contributors,
Greetings from the Public Administration Association of Nepal (PAAN)!
We are pleased to announce the forthcoming issue of the PAAN Journal, a peer-reviewed publication dedicated to promoting scholarly discourse and knowledge dissemination in public administration, governance, public policy, service delivery, and institutional reform.
In this regard, we would like to invite you to submit original research articles, policy briefs, case studies, and academic reviews for possible inclusion in the upcoming volume. We highly encourage submissions that provide empirical insights, comparative analysis, and innovative perspectives relevant to Nepal and the broader South Asian context.
Thematic Areas may include (but are not limited to):
1. Public Administration and Management
2. People-centric governance and governance reforms
3. Public service delivery mechanisms and institutional performance
4. Public policy innovation and implementation
5. Digital governance and citizen engagement
6. Decentralization and federalism in Nepal
7. Social Equity and Inclusive Public Administration
8. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Public Sector Innovation
Submission Guidelines:
– Articles should be between 2700–3500 words in length.
– APA citation style must be followed.
– The manuscript must be original and unpublished elsewhere.
– All submissions must include an Abstract (200 words) and author bio (approx. 100 words).
